Its main products are:alumina wearability ceramics and mullite lightweight brick. The company covers area of 100 mu with the total investment of RMB 200 million. It has four 120 meter-long high temperature tunel kilns, over 20 autodrying bags and equal-static press machines, 3 warm-bag press machines ,10 auto-hydraulic machines and more than 50auto-rolling forming machines. The company has yearly production ability of 60 thousand tons high alumina products and 20 thousand tons mullite brick.
In order to keep high quality of the products, the company has a perfect quality control system and many testing measures. Its main products are: wearability alumina, wearablitity lining brick , plate and special size pieces, high-pure alumina filler ball, JGQ1206、JGQ1408 and JGQ1509 mullite lightweight brick, mullite lightweight brick of special size. The alumina products are widely used in structure, sanitary wares, metallurgy industry, cement plant, chemical industry, heat and power plant. Light weight bricks are broadly applied to keep warm for roller kiln, turnnel kiln as well as the high temperature oven liner of metallurgy, ceramics, glass and chemical industry. The products have specialties of perfect thermal shock resistance and low heat inflation, which being exported to Italy and Spain and very welcomed by European customers.
